SHIPPING METHODS

All packages in the United States are shipped via UPS, or USPS. Packages are shipped Internationally via DHL.

Orders are only shipped on business days: Monday-Friday (excluding holidays).

If you place your order before 1:00 pm on a business day, we aim to have it shipped the same day.

Delivery times shown are based on normal business volume.

DELIVERY RATES AND FEES

Continental US: Standard (ground) 3 to 7 business days*  $10.00 or Free for Orders $95 and over.  *E-Gift Cards are not eligible to qualify for free shipping rates

International: 10-15 business days $30.00 or Free for Orders $75+**

*If order placed by 1:00 pm Eastern Standard Time Monday through Friday**Flat rate and free shipping not available in some countries, including in the Middle East, Africa, and the UK.  International flat rate shipping does not include any countries customs, duties, or taxes which are determined and imposed by the country and are not within our control.

SHIPPING TO OTHER LOCATIONS

Yes, we ship to PO Boxes and APO/FPO/DPO military locations too!

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING 

Yes, we ship internationally.

If ordering outside of United States of America, you are responsible for assuring the product can be legally imported to the destination country.

The recipient/buyer is the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country. The recipient/buyer of an international shipment may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees, which are imposed once a shipment reaches the recipient's country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be fulfilled by the recipient/buyer. TLMH has no control over these charges, nor can we predict what they may be.

Customs, duties, and taxes are non-refundable: Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you can contact your local customs office for more information. When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates.

To avoid a delay in receiving your order from customs, we strongly suggest the following:

  • Provide a phone number where you can be reached by customs when your product arrives. This phone number will be listed on the commercial invoice so customs can reach you to clear your order.
  • Please do not refuse a shipment or ignore requests from carriers regarding duty and/or tax liability charges. In most cases carriers will hold a shipment for 5 days after arrival in your country before they return it to the sender.
