Return Policy 

 We stand behind the RegenaRx Follicle Rescue line of care restoration products.  For any reason you don’t love our products, we offer a 14-Day Money Back Guarantee if any RegenaRx product doesn't work for you.

You can send product back within 14 days from the original date of delivery in the original sealed container(s) and packaging to the address below and we'll refund 100% of the product purchase.   The customer will be responsible for return shipping and handling fees.

    When you request a refund, if you can also send an email to support@myregenarx.com within 14 days of the purchase date.  Please include your order number in the subject line of the email. You must state the reason you are returning the product.  Shipping charges are non-refundable. 

    With the return request, you will receive an email confirming receipt of your return within 48 hours.  Please allow 5-7 business days to process your return.  Refunds will be issued to the same method of payment used for purchasing.

    Please contact us at support@myregenarx.com if you have not received your refund after 7 business days of sending your returned products. We reserve the right to verify your refund request to ensure your proper return credit.

    The return policy of RegenaRx Follicle Rescue is subject to change.

    This return policy is applicable to items purchased only at myshopify@regenarx.com.   We are not affiliated with or responsible for the return policy of other retailers, including those online and offline.

    Any items you wish to return purchased from another vendor or website, must be returned to the retailer from which you originally purchased the products Any questions about another retailer's return policy should be directed to the retailer from original purchase.

    We are unable to accept returns from other retailers and the return policy found at myshopify@regenarx.com will not be applicable to items purchased from other retailers. To complete returns, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

    Shipping costs to return items are the responsibility of the purchaser.  Shipping costs are non-refundable. 

    If you are shipping an item over $50,  consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item. 

    Shipping Damages 

    Damage or loss incurred during shipment is the delivery company's responsibility. Claims must be properly filed with the delivering carrier. Although the addressee must initiate damage claims against the shipper, we will be happy to assist you. 

    Lost/Stolen Packages 

    Please contact your mail carrier if your package is listed as delivered but you have not received it.  We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages listed as delivered.   If the USPS or UPS tracking indicates the package was delivered, we will not reship orders that have been lost or stolen.  We will refund products deemed lost and undelivered by the postal service or designated delivery service provider.

    Damaged Items 

    When your order arrives, please inspect the products for any damage that may have occurred during shipment. It is normal for the shipping box to show some wear, however, if damage occurred to the items in your shipment, please contact our customer service.  Send an email including your Order Number and pictures to support@myregenarx.com. Our customer service representatives will be happy to assist you. 

    Insufficient Address  

    If your order is returned due to insufficient address, you will be responsible for paying the reshipping fee.  A refund will not be granted.  

    Exchange or Return a Gift

    For items received as gifts, a gift credit is provided if the item was purchased and sent directly to you.  Provide the order number and item details by on the website.  Once the returned item is received in the same condition sent, one can request replacement product items or  will be mailed to you. 

    If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they be notified of the return.
